Krabi

Ao Nang, Thailand

It didn't really enjoy Krabi as much as the other places as there wasn't a huge amount to do. We stayed at The Moment hostel which was clean and full of friendly backpackers. Our hostel was close to the beach and street food area and a very short walk from a few small bars with cats sitting outside getting baked off their tits. They played fantastic live reggae music though and again with the fire shows...

We spent St Patrick's day at the only bar that was decent the night before we went on some tours to The Natural Hot Springs, Emerald Pool and the Blue Pool. The blue pool was too hot to swim in and was 50 degrees!

The emerald pool was safe to swim in but it was full of algae and so green - hence it's name. lol The bottom felt so gross to touch with the fur sliding in between your toes when you stand up. It was quite a trek to the pools but fascinating to see!
